ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take necessary action to remove the encroachment made in the public pathway situated at Sriramajeyam Nagar, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District by sixth and seventh 2/5
respondents by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 17.06.2017.
2.Seeking to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 6 and 7, the petitioner has given a representation, dated 17.06.2017 to the respondents 1 to 5.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
4.The counter-affidavit filed by the third respondent shows that the land in dispute is nothing but a private property and therefore, the claim of the petitioner is unsustainable.
