Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned letter issued by the 1st respondent in letter No.66858/CMPC/2013-2 dated 22.8.2014 and the consequential recovery order issued by the 7th respondent in Na.Ka.No.06/A1/2015 dated 19.1.2015 and quash the same and consequently forbearin the Respondents from reducting the existing Scale of pay with allowances granted to the petitioner .

Prayer in MP(MD)No.2 of 2015 in WP(MD)No.422 of 2015: Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue an Order of Interim stay, staying the operation of the letter No.66858/CMPC/2013-2 dated 22.8.2014 issued by the 1st respondent and the consequential recovery order issued by the 7th respondent in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is submitted by Mr.M.Saravanakumar learned counsel for the petitioner that the contempt petition is arising out an interim order passed in the writ petition while the main writ petition itself has been disposed of subsequently. Therefore, he submitted that nothing survives in this contempt petition to be adjudicated upon further.

2. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
