ORDER

The petitioner herein had already approached this Court in W.P.(MD)No.16691 of 2016 and this Court, on 02.09.2016, ordered for payment of interest on belated settlement of terminal benefits at the rate of 6%. As such, the present claim of interest once again at the rate of 18% cannot be sustained. Hence the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
