The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking ordersto withdraw the petition in H.M.O.P.No.18 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Ottanchatram and to transfer the same to the Sub Court, 1/3

Dindigul and to try along with the case in H.M.O.P.No.197 of 2023, which is pending before the same Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, (i.e.,16.11.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Principal District Court for transferring of the above case. No costs.
