Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the terminal benefits amount including Gratuity, Leave Salary together with 18% interest and all other attendant benefits to the Petitioner. ************* Alleging that the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.4978 of 2016, dated 11.03.2016 has not been complied with, the Petitioner has come up with the present Contempt Petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Respondent/Contemnor would submit that the order

passed in the above Writ Petition has been complied with and has also produced a communication to that effect. However, the learned counsel for the Petitioner disputes the Calculation memo submitted by the learned counsel for the Contemnor. 4.As already liberty is given to the Petitioner in paragraph 6 of the order passed in the above Writ Petition, it is open to him to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. 5.With the above observation, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
