ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) The present writ petition is premature as it challenges a notice and announcement dated 25.08.2025 by the Arulmigu Subramania Swamy Temple, Tiruchendur, calling for objections or suggestions regarding the extension of an one hour Daily Break Darshan Facility between 03.00 p.m. and 04.00 p.m. daily.

2. Mr.S.Sankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this would stand in the way of devotees having uninterrupted Darshan. which is impermissible.

3. Mr.R.Bharanidharan, learned counsel who appears for R5 points out that the petitioner has made his objections along similar lines as enunciated before this Court and the same will be taken note of by the Temple.

4. In such circumstances and since the petitioner has already made his objections, we are of the view that the present writ petition is premature and should not be entertained.

5. It is made clear that the Temple will consider the objections and pass orders, incorporating the suggestions wherever they are found to be feasible.
