O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry complaint made by the 3rd respondent in any way based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the on the basis of the complaint lodged by the third respondent enquiry has been undertaken. During the course of enquiry, the third respondent did not appear. However, second respondent finds that it is a property dispute between the father and daughter, advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings and closes the complaint. 3.In view of the above said submissions, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
