Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to remove the drainage and septic tank pipe line into the petitioners land with regard to Nanjai land in Perumandi Village Survey No.55/5 to an extent of 69 cents, Survey No.55/6 and extent of 61 cents situated at Perumandi Village, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur and further directed the 2nd and 3rd respondent to give the compensation for unlawfully permitting the house owners to open the drainage water and septic tank pipe line into the petitioner's lands and losing the petitioner's cultivation and agriculture income from the petitioner's land since 2012 onwards based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2017.
