CRL OP(MD). No.19375 of 2019 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of seven days. If the respondent intends to register an First Information Report against the petitioner, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioner. This arrangement is directed so as to give breathing time to the petitioner to move this Court for the relief. 4.Subject to this direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
