This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to interfere into civil dispute while the second appeal is pending before this Court in S.A.No.710 of 2010 and thereby not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on a complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.12.2019, enquiry was initiated by the second respondent police in C.S.R.No. 570 of 2019 and during the enquiry the petitioner and the third respondent have also agreed to settle their respective dispute before the appropriate Court. 3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
