Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to pass an order of direction to direct the 1st respondent and his police officials that not to interfere into the civil dispute, which is subject matter of the first appeal in A.S.No.21 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sub Court, Manamadurai in respect fo the property in survey No.139/12 to an extent of 0.4.00 ares, in Ilayangudi North revenue group, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District and not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of the enquiry based on the 2nd respondent's complaint.

O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent and his police officials that not to interfere into the civil dispute, which is subject matter of the first appeal in A.S.No.21 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sub Court, Manamadurai in respect fo the property in survey No. 139/12 to an extent of 0.4.00 ares, in Ilayangudi North revenue group, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District and not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of the enquiry based on the 2nd respondent's complaint.

2.According to the petitioner, civil dispute is pending between the parties in A.S.No.21 of 2023. But, the respondent police interfere into the civil dispute.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Dhanasekaran, case was registered in Crime No.354 of 2023 under Sections 294(b), 323 & 506(i) of IPC.

4.In view of the above said submissions, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner. However, the petitioner is at liberty to 2/4

file appropriate petition before the appropriate forum, if he is aggrieved over the contents of the FIR.

5.With the above said liberty, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
