O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.] The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents, namely, respondents 5 and 6 submitted that the encroachments made in the land comprised in Survey No.85 of Pathinettankudi Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, have been removed and as on today, there is no encroachment in the said land.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 and 6, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
