The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action against the encroachers ie., respondents 5 to 10 and remove the encroachment made in Survey Nos.406, 407, 408/1 and 408/2 at Kavanoor Village, R.S.Mangalam via, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the encroachment made by the respondents 5 to 10 had already been removed.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities, if any encroachment is still in existence. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
