183/2016 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequentially, direct the 2nd respondent to register the sale certificate dated 15.06.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property in Survey No.161/3C, Thuliyanatham Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichirappalli District.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 18.07.2016 in Na.Ka.No.183/2016 passed by the second respondent refusing to register the sale certificate dated 15.06.2016 and consequently, direct him to register the sale certificate dated 15.06.2016 issued by the third respondent in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property in Survey No.161/3C, Thuliyanatham Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichirappalli District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the sale certificate has been returned in Document No.2192/2018, dated 25.07.2018.

3. In view of the specific statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required to be made in this Writ Petition and the same is accordingly, closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
