30 am, until further orders Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MARK .J.JACKSON, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18895 of 2022, dated 20.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18895 of 2022, dated 20.10.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.15706 of 2022 respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
