ORDER

The writ petitioner in this Writ Petition is seeking to grant 3rd incentive increment. However, a Government employee is entitled only two incentive increment in their entire service. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted.

2. The writ petitioner instructed his counsel to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and has circulated a letter in this connection.
