ORDER

By asserting title under sale deed dated 19.10.2011 and by relying on the patta in the name of the petitioner's vendor's father, after submitting an online application seeking a patta, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Learned Government Advocate appears on behalf of both the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered and disposed of on merits within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. From the sale deed and the averments in the affidavit, it appears that the petitioner has purchased 270 Sq.ft from and out of 1.5 Ares. Therefore, before considering the petitioner's representation, it is necessary to put the pattathar Subburathinam or his legal representative on notice.

Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent / Tahsildar, to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same on merits within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and all others with an interest in the relevant property.
