The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to release the subsidy claim in connection with the loan obtained from the third respondent-Bank vide loan account No. 018003207000001 under "Solar Phovoltaic Water Pumping System for irrigation purpose and MNRE Lighting Scheme 2016" as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the third respondent would submit that the account now in dispute has already been closed on 02.04.2020 and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4
3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
