Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. All that the petitioner seeks is consideration of the petition mentioned representation.

The second respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or other. The second respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order.
