This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the 2nd respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.A2/5940/2017 dated 05.09.2017 as illegal, improper, unconstitutional and arbitrary.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner accepting his guilt, has paid the fine amount. Though appeal remedy is available to the petitioner, the petitioner has not filed any appeal.
