Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has given a representation before the second respondent seeking cancellation of the petition mentioned document.

3. The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or other.
