(MD).No.16720/2023 dated 19.9.2023 in Cr.No.21/2023 and permit the petitioner to surrender before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Cases) Tiruchirappalli Prayer in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16720/2023:

Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Cases), Tiruchirappalli, to consider the bail application of the petitioners concerned in Crime No.21 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent Police and pass orders in accordance with law on the same day on his surrender, if any petition filed by the petitioner. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Sivabalan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), for the respondent No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16720 of 2023 dated 19.09.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce the sureties, due to some medical issues, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties, within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court. 2/4

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16720 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. "
