Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JOEL P AUL ANTONY.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in the order dated 04.11.2022 made in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.19519 of 2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19519 of 2022, dated 04.11.2022 is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.15671 of 2022 modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on first and third Saturday of every English Calender month until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
