[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] Mr.S.R.Sathan Boopathy, appearing for Respondent No.4 states that the encroachment has been removed by R4.

2.Shri S.P.Maha Rajan, on instructions from one Jeyasudha, Assistant Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Guntaru Basin, Muthukulathoor has also informed that the encroachment has been removed.

4.In view thereof, Counsel for petitioner states that the petition be disposed. He further states that, if on physical verification, the petitioner finds that the statement made by Mr.S.R.Sathan Boopathy and Mr.S.P.Maha Rajan, were incorrect, then the petitioner will take such steps as advised, including move this Court for initiating contempt proceedings. 5.Petition is disposed of.
