ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 09.06.2025 made in E.A.No.4 of 2025 in E.P.No.110 of 2006 in L.A.O.P.No.1 of 1999 on the file of the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli 2.Heard the learned AAG for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the records.

3.The point that arises for consideration is with regard to the payment of compensation, which has been disputed by the respondent. 4.The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that, on an earlier occasion, a calculation memo had been furnished with regard to the value of the land. Subsequently, a revised calculation dated 23.02.2026 has been submitted by the respondent, which has now been accepted by the Government. As per the said calculation, the amount payable is Rs.7,90,330/-. 5.The learned Additional Advocate General further submitted that the 2/4

said amount has been accepted and assured this Court that the same would be deposited before the Execution Court within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Recording the said submission and undertaking, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
