ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2017 for grant of patta in respect of S.F.No.432/A and 433 situated at Nanniyur Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District in accordance with law, within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that patta has already been granted to the petitioner and therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
