PRAYER :- To extend the period of time for surrender as well as to comply the condition order dated 02.12.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10518/2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15933/2019. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.15933 of 2019, dated 04/11/2019, for producing the sureties and for compliance of the condition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.
