ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the life and body of the petitioner.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that an enquiry has been initiated, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 18.12.2019. He would further submit that during the enquiry if it transpires that the petitioner needs to be given protection, appropriate protection will be given to the petitioner. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
