ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed, invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to expedite the trial and complete the case in H.M.O.P.No.193 of 2022 pending before the Sub Court, Thirumangalam.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per the order passed by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1), dated 19.09.2023, the petitioner has to visit Australia for the purpose of preparation of family report, which has to be released by the petitioner not later than 4 p.m on 29.03.2024 that the trial of the case in H.M.O.P.No.193 of 2022 has already been commenced and the petitioner was examined in chief on 03.11.2023 and that the case is posted on 24.11.2023 for cross examination of the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that the trial Court may be direct to proceed with the cross examination of the petitioner on 24.11.2023 and to complete cross examination before the end of November 2023.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking note of the order passed by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) and that the petitioner was also examined in chief on 03.11.2023, the trial Court is directed to proceed with the cross examination of the petitioner on 24.11.2023 and to complete the same before the end of November 2023. 2/4

4.With the above directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
