This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner, harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner; the presence of the petitioner is not required for any enquiry; and the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.
