PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to call for the records pertaining to the order in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in H.M.O.P.No.169 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Aruppukottai, dated 18.10.2019 and set aside the same.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order of the trial Court, fixing a sum of Rs.5,000/- as maintenance to the wife and two minor children. 2.On perusal of the records, particularly, the order of the trial Court, this Court do not find any perversity or infirmity in the order of the trial Court. The trial Court has considered the factual aspects and held that as per the Hindu Law, the husband has got a personal obligation to maintain his wife and children and further, no fixed formula can be laid for fixing the amount of maintenance. Admittedly, the petitioner is working as a mason and the work is on demand. In such view of the matter, the trial Court has arrived such maintenance.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed at the admission stage itself. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
