ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to set-aside the order dated 05/08/2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Thiruppathur in Unnumbered STC.No./20ll filed by the petitioner herein agains the respondent herein under section 200 CR PC read with Section 125(a) of representative of peoples act 1951 and direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate Thiruppathur to receive the said complaint and dispose of the same in accordance with Chapter XV of CRPC. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has given change of Vakkalat and also handed over the bundle to the parties.
