ORDER

The petitioner challenges the order dated 23.08.2022 passed by the first respondent.

2.During the pendency of the writ petition, certain developments in favour of the petitioner have taken place. The first respondent has now issued a revised order dated 03.01.2023 by which, the ryotwari patta in favour of the writ petitioner in respect of the petition mentioned land has already been directed to be issued.
