ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(d) imposed in Crl.OP(MD).No.14500 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have filed an bail application before this Court on 01.09.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.14500 of 2025. The said bail petition was heard and on 03.09.2025, this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. In the said bail order, Condition No. 6(d) as follows:

''(d). The petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

3. He further submits that the area of the deceased is located nearby the Judicial Magistrate court, Srirangam, the petitioner faces serious threats for his life from the decease's family. Due to life threat, the petitioner is unable to comply the said condition. Therefore, the petitioner seeks indulgence of this court by modifying the said condition imposed against him. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to modify the Condition No.6(d) in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14500 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025. Accordingly, Condition No.6(d) is modified as ''(d). The petitioner shall Stay at Madurai and he shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai on all working days at 10.30a.m. until further orders.''. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

6. With the above said modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
