PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in CRL.M.P.(MD)No.7664 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9015 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.M.P.(MD)No.7664 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9015 of 2025, dated 20.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition for 10 days.
