No.16106 of 2022:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal procedure code., To relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court that the Petitioners shall appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Nagercoil daily i.e. morning at 10.30 A.M until further orders in Crl OP(MD) 14830/2022 dt.01.09.2022 in Crime No.327 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police and thus render Justice. Prayer in CRL OP(MD) No. 14830 of 2022:- This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 439 (1)(b of Criminal procedure code., To modify the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.4193/2022 in Crl.MP.No.3997/2022 dt.06/08/2022 on the file of the Learned Principal Sessions Judge,Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil in Crime No.
327/2022 on the file of the Respondent police. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.Lajapathiroy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.

No.16106 of 2022 petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Nagercoil. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14830 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Nagercoil, as and when required. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered."
