Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER The petitioners, who were granted with a licence to run canteen in the Government Arts College for Women, Nilakottai, Dindigul District, have made a request for renewal of their licence and have filed these writ petitions as against the communication made by the 3rd respondent vide his letter No.Na.Ka.No.194/E/2016, dated 28.07.2017, rejecting the request of the petitioners.

Today, when these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that for the very same relief, the petitioners have filed another writ petition in the year 2017 in W.P.(MD)No.7114 of 2017, which was withdrawn by them on 09.06.2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the subsequent writ petition in W.P.(MD)No. 7114 of 2017 filed by the petitioners was withdrawn, these writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
