By an order dated 02.08.2022, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the I.A.No.430 of 2019 in O.S.No.73 of 2019, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.492, dated 06.06.2023 with a request for three months time to comply with the order dated 02.08.2022 of this Court made in C.R.P(MD)No.72 of 2020. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
