To condone the delay of 159 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order dated 31-01-2024 made by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Special District Judge, Special District Court No.I to deal with MCOP Cases, Tirchirappalli in MCOP No. 1495/2015 and thus render justice.

ORDER

This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 159 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Though notice was served on the Respondent Nos.1 to 4, none appears for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 either in person or through counsel. The respondent Nos.1 to 4 called absent and set exparte.

4. For the reasons assigned in the accompanying affidavit and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is ordered and the delay of 159 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
