Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorari, to call of the records on the file of the 4th respondent impugned order vide Na.Ka.No.581/M/2016 dated 09.09.2017 and quash the same as illegal, improper, unlawful, unconstitutional and arbitrary, on the basis of G.O.Ms.No.6 dated 10.01.2017.

ORDER

The petitioner, who was granted a license for fishery rights for a period of three years in Periyakanmaai Tank situated at Kullapuram, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District, has filed this Writ Petition, challenging the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent on 09.09.2017 demanding lease amount for the second year (i.e.,) 2017-2018 from him.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that

pending this Writ Petition, the lease amount has been paid by the petitioner and the period of license is over.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
