ORDER

The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.10.2024 for the offence under Sections 8 (c) r/w. 20 (b)(ii) (B) of the NDPS Act in Crime No.223 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. When the mater was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the Detention Order has been passed against the petitioner and the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
