O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) The Writ Petition has been directed against the tender cum sale notice of the 3rd respondent in C.O./REC/NPA/2017-18, dated 10.08.2017.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the matter has already been settled. The same was recorded when the matter was listed lastly on 27.09.2021, on which occasion, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, we record the statement of the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 that the matter has been setted and it has become infructuous.

3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
