O R D E R

Mr.S.T.Gopinath, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners appeared through video conferencing and made a request for withdrawal of the Civil Revision Petition un-conditionaly.

2. However, Mr.T.S.R.Venkatramana, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents objected for withdrawal of the same on the ground that necessary endorsement should be made by the learned counsel for the petitioners by physically appearing and also contended that the petitioners intended to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition having been confronted with the previous order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 19284 of 2022, dated 23.09.2022 and hence, this Civil Revision Petition is liable to be dismissed.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court is not inclined to spend any more time on this Civil Revision Petition, as the learned counsel for the petitioners at the very inception itself sought permission to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. 21.03.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No vsm To 1.The Principal District Munsif, Lalgudi.
