Malligai Selvam ... 2nd Respondent/Defacto Complainant Prayer :- This Criminal Petition has been filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining in S.C.No.43 of 2017 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul, for alleged punishable u/s. 4(1-aaa) 4(1-AAA) 4(1-1) 4 (1-H) TNP ACT 471, 476 of IPC and 5, 6, 7, 11 of TNRS Act 2000 against petitioners arrayed as accused A5 & A6 and quash the same. This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "FOR EXTENSION OF TIME" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 06.12.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul vide letter in D.No.1638 dated 05.09.2023, seeking further extension of time of three months for disposal of the case in S.C.No. 43 of 2017 pending on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul, this Court made the following order:- This criminal original petition has been listed today under the caption

'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.43 of 2017.

2. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul, sent a letter, dated 05.09.2023, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of S.C.No.43 of 2017, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 06.12.2022.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.43 of 2017 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
