This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent herein from interfering with the day today affairs of the management of the petitioner Sangam, which is subject matter of writ petition in W.P.No.1121 of 2016 and to harass the petitioner.

2.Today(09.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is with regard to election and subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, election has been conducted and nothing survives in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
