The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition challenging the Notification, dated 07.08.2017, issued by the second respondent for filling up the vacancies of Anganwadi Workers and to direct the second respondent to issue a fresh notification by revising the age limit from 21 to 40 from the notified age limit of 25 to 35 for Scheduled Caste Community. 2.

In all fairness, Ms.Rajini, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
