In light of the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act before the Debt Recovery Tribunal within a period of two (2) weeks from today, in which event, the same shall be taken on file without reference to limitation but ensuring 2/4

compliance with all other statutory stipulations. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
