ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking orders to quash the final report in P.R.C.No.39 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e. 06.12.2022), the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the case was committed to the Sessions Court in S.C.No.134 of 2019 and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
