2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that on 16.10.2014 itself the case in S.T.C.No.2125 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, Madurai District was disposed of, in which, the petitioner herein was acquitted.
