ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The Writ Petition is filed to implement the order passed by the 1st respondent, dated 31.03.2010. There is a general direction to transfer the employees from West Kappalur Godown to Manalur North Mathuban Kidanku and vice versa in the order dated 31.03.2010 passed by the 1st respondent.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case is directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. The 3rd respondent may recommend to the 2nd respondent, if it need be. If the 3rd respondent is not inclined to recommend, then the 3rd respondent shall pass orders indicating the reason for not recommending to transfer.

4. If such recommendation is received by the 2nd respondent, then the 2nd respondent shall consider and pass orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of any recommendation from the 3rd respondent.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
